      Pros

      Technology oriented and value innovation to drive company's business and growth. It is a good place to work and will recommend to people I know.

      Cons

      Do not do quite a good job in terms of absording new business and and help employee to grow. Management know now be technical savvy however with technical management roles.

      Pros

      The people are awesome. I have made many friends here.

      Cons

      Lately there has been a disconnect between management and the people on the ground. Employees are just numbers that aren't even being replaced anymore.

      There is overtime pay for about 90 hours / 2 weeks. However, actually getting those hours is a tricky feat.

      Cons

      Professional talent goes very overlooked, if not stepped on. Project delegation assignment priority is based on years of experience, not competence.
