      A growing and fun company to work at.

      Pros

      The company welcomes new people, you don't feel like a second class citizen because you are new.

      Cons

      Benefits for reserves/guard are terrible - company policies are hostile to current deserve or guard. Deployment? You'll go bankrupt if you use their benefits. You will also need to apply for your job when you return. They keep to the minimum requirements of the law.

      Located in Grand Rapids,, global Michigan. The pay is what you expect for entry level employees, Health care benefits are above average.

      Cons

      Poor management. Lack of Foresight. Inconsistencies in operation, policies, and standards of quality. Little or no consideration for employees. Shipping many of the jobs to Mexico.

      When you punch out for the day.

      Where should I begin. Production operators are totally left in the dark on everyday information. Machines are basically obsolete and constantly down. With a grand total of 3 maintenance guys to tend to the issues on 2 ten hour shifts with absolutely no clue how to actually fix the problems because management refuses to spend a dime on updating the machinery. Bottom line of this company is step over a penny to pick up a dollar. Constant supervisor changes, at least once a year because upper management doesn't like them telling them how to improves production issues. Showing the owners they can make a profit at ANY cost to employees is the way of this company.
