Pros

Coworkers are the are great. I have not had issues with managers breathing down my back. A lot of low level career development is possible here.

Cons

They are using a new Cad program called Configura and it has is terrible to work with. Eventually they will figure it out but for the next 2+ years it will likely be painful to work with. Will not be rewarded for effort or work but for having a manager that likes you and for the time you have been at the company. Company rolls out all new initiative well before they are ready and never seems to learn from this mistake

Pros

Big company benefits, Organized structure for AutoCAD and programming

Cons

For Lisle, IL (Chicago) Location: The culture is very unprofessional and amateur among employees. Lot of office politics and ametuer behavior to gain advantage. Micro management from the managers. Travel is too much Bad place to start for entry level and junior engineers. Senior engineers are not helpful Manager doesn't spend money on employees and claim big bonus in the end

Pros

excellent benefits, great year-end bonuses

Cons

This company does not value people. If you go to work there be prepared to work 24/7. They have no respect for personal time and are lead by members of the good ole boys club. The current management team are all buddies from previous employers and tend to hire one another so they move from company to company as a group. Most of their growth can be attributed to Amazon's huge growth in DC's and there not being enough integrators to do all of Amazon's work. The management team is a bunch of know-it-alls who think they have it all figured out but in reality their growth will not be sustainable once Amazon levels out.
