      Lure you in with a high base pay and bonus program

      Cons

      Demco only hires outside sales to hunt for business to give to their inside sales folks. Once you have stirred up the territory, they find a way to get rid of you either by, PIP, firing or running off. I counted 6 people that I worked with that this has happened to. If you are interviewing, think of this as a temporary position.

      Demco continues to strive to be an employer of choice in the Dane County region. This progressive company is doing a great job of involving the coworkers in strategic decision making.

      Good company and values and mostly friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Salary is behind the times. Managements needs some retraining and re-education as many of them have a state of mind that's stuck in the 90's, which lacks experience and knowledge to be successful in this social media and technology driven world.
