      *Old, outdated business systems *Change comes very slowly, and is expected to happen from the bottom up *Lately, the executive team is hemorrhaging people, ESPECIALLY in the technical areas

      Perks are good. People are very friendly. Flexible schedule. Some positions have a work from home option.

      Cons

      Communication throughout the company could be better. Growth within the company is an option buy never seems to happen for most. Overall company moves slow to adapt to change.

      Good company and values and mostly friendly coworkers

      Cons

      Salary is behind the times. Managements needs some retraining and re-education as many of them have a state of mind that's stuck in the 90's, which lacks experience and knowledge to be successful in this social media and technology driven world.
