Demco only hires outside sales to hunt for business to give to their inside sales folks. Once you have stirred up the territory, they find a way to get rid of you either by, PIP, firing or running off. I counted 6 people that I worked with that this has happened to. If you are interviewing, think of this as a temporary position.

After the company restructure (I can't remember if this was mid '21 or late '20) it felt like the heart of the company died. This followed with constant forces overtime that continued into when I left. The workload is overwhelming and it feels that the exec team only cares about how to grow profits and not employee welfare.
