Pros

Most days keep me on the move, which I actually like. There’s usually a good variety in what I’m handling. Excellent teamwork. My coworkers are easy to work with, and we help each other out when things pile up. Active work environment. Disorganized at times. I don’t mind staying busy, but better planning would help a lot.

Cons

Communication from leadership could be clearer - there are times we’re left guessing.
