Pros

One thing I appreciate about working in marketing here is the mix of freedom and collaboration. I’m given the space to manage my own workflow, but I never feel like I’m going it alone. Everyone pitches in when there’s a big deadline, and people generally communicate well.

Cons

If you’re good at improvising, this can be good, but it’s not ideal for someone who prefers to have a roadmap.
