      Inconsistent management NOT geared towards the professional

      Pros

      Great co-workers. Fun Holiday parties. Good location - inner city Opportunity to travel but to uninteresting places. On site hands on training. Everyone is issued a company laptop computer.

      Cons

      Construction worker management not suited towards professionals. Some key project managers are not people friendly and not leaders. Some management are for the most part bullies and out of touch with professionals. Project managers do not allocate resources (people) very well. Overall the company is not a fun place to work. It is certainly NOT a professional firm but a construction outfit. Just sayin for future employee reference.

      Pros

      I loved my co-workers. They are the only ones that made the job great. End of year Profit Share was nice, but bonus' were a slap in the face for all the overtime ever put in. Tom Dennis is a phenomenal man, and truly loved the employees. I hold such high respect for him, and he was the only one of Senior Management who gave anything I said into consideration. Those he has running the SLC office make working there unpleasant.

      Cons

      Bad communication with management. Work hours are unrealistic and overtime is expected. There is no consistency, and not much respect. Favoritism is extreme, and moving up in any position is rare. Getting answers from Management is very difficult, especially when you get a task that requires their approval. It takes longer to accomplish the job because they're so busy it's hard to get time with them.

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation and Starbucks coffee are the only good things about this place.

      Cons

      Where do I start.... You will be treated like a piece of trash every day. You will work long hours and not be paid for them. You will sacrifice all of your mental and physical health at this job. I have never hated my life more than when I worked for this terrible company. You will be stressed, miserable, underpaid and on a fast lane to depression. Almost everyone I worked with there left within a year. DO NOT TAKE THE JOB IF YOU VALUE BEING HAPPY. ONE OF THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE IS WHEN I WALKED OUT THOSE DOORS FOR THE LAST TIME.
