You will a lot about team management and process design across an array of disciplines. Get the opportunity to travel and reap the benefits of loyalty programs.

Cons

The travel requirement can be difficult if you have a family/ significant others. You will sometimes be asked to work 10 days on, 4 days off for several months at a time. Can be a great experience if you are prepared!
