      Pros

      The people you work with every day, If it was not for their professionalism, projects would fail miserably. This is the culture; not the partners or jr. partners. A lot of freedom and no micro management; the culture

      Cons

      Very demanding work and unrealistic hours when in the field. Projects are not well managed and planned. Project Managers need to be more on top of the projects from inception to closure. They talk about the culture, but ask them what they really mean.
