Pros

Plenty of opportunity to get experience with a variety of different products/industries. Fellow employees are good

Cons

Be prepared to travel full time for up to a year at a time. Compensation is no where near enough for how much you can be working. Bonuses are a mystery and can be really bad depending on the year. They also do a bad job of listening to employees and making sure they aren't over traveled or over worked.

Pros

This company will offer challenging opportunities. You will be able to travel to job sites and see construction projects from start to finish. The Christmas party is one of the best.

Cons

This company will suck the life out of you. They will require you to travel to job sites outside of work hours with no extra compensation. You will be expected to perform the job requirements with no company-provided training, regardless of your prior experience (not great for new engineers). Expect to work long hours, plus travel on weekends.
