      Pros

      Good pay based on effort and performance. I really enjoy the availability to advance in this company. Top performers are rewarded and those who are starting out can find the right knowledge and experience to grow quickly.

      Cons

      The company falls between a small and large company. Management does recognize the need for more organized standards and better communication. It has taken some time for these efforts to come to fruition. Growing pains are understood and expected.

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation and Starbucks coffee are the only good things about this place.

      Cons

      Where do I start.... You will be treated like a piece of trash every day. You will work long hours and not be paid for them. You will sacrifice all of your mental and physical health at this job. I have never hated my life more than when I worked for this terrible company. You will be stressed, miserable, underpaid and on a fast lane to depression. Almost everyone I worked with there left within a year. DO NOT TAKE THE JOB IF YOU VALUE BEING HAPPY. ONE OF THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE IS WHEN I WALKED OUT THOSE DOORS FOR THE LAST TIME.

      Pros

      Clients go to the Dennis Group because they are team "get 'er done." That is why they have grown so steadily over the years and it can be very rewarding to be on that team. Great co-workers that you grow to admire and respect. Interesting projects all over the Country and Mexico and Canada.

      Cons

      Travel is sometimes a drag but that is made clear in the interview process.
