Some of the pros above have their downsides.
Because the company is growing quickly, it can be difficult to efficiently assimilate new hires.
Change is uncertain, and not everyone can deal with that. I personally find it exciting, but there is some grumbling from coworkers that have been here a long time.
We have tons of work, but that can mean tons of working.
Having managers that have been here for 30 years might mean that they've never worked anywhere else before (or not much and a long time ago) and don't have much perspective on how other companies do business or what new employees might expect.
No micromanagement can also mean no direction if you're inexperienced or aren't particularly self-directed.
This all means, that working here requires you to have a lot of initiative and have a plan for your self. You'll be thrown in the deep end which is both good and bad. This is all slowly changing though, and I believe we'll keep improving.
