      Great end of year bonuses, yes plural. You get to travel across the country and in your down time see the sights.

      Cons

      A lot of travel. A lot. 75% or more of the time is spent on the road. Get ready to make work the most important thing in your life. Long hours, weird hours, and it can all change the next day.

      Travel Points Earned while Traveling, unique field (food & beverage), flexibility in work schedule, open vacation policy and yearly parties are always fun

      Cons

      Structure (non), Professional Training Programs (non), base pay is low compared to industry, Bonuses used to be great until the buyout.. most field employees that travel 100% get little reward/recognition
