      Great intern experience and field exposure

      Pros

      Large company to work for and because of this there is Great field exposure, especially for those just starting in the industry. Intern expierence looks great on a resume and shows you understand and can work with multi disciplinary people.

      Cons

      Start-stop-start busy seasons meaning that when your busy you're slammed and when you're not busy it's dead. The company offers a lot of software to learn on downtime and encourages it's self learning via tools like video tutorials and manuals on their database.

      Salary not as competitive as other jobs in the industry You're either really busy, or don't have much work, hard to keep a consistent work load in this industry
