- Cheapest company ever. Submitting hard copy of receipts via mail and not Expensify or some modern app, employees share gotomeeting accounts, a team to develop support site when they can easily use a service like Atlassian, developing unwanted stuff like intranet etc just to keep employees occupied, employees spend their own money for AWS, Azure etc and the list goes on....
- They never cared about giving proper wage and benefits for some of their most talented engineers in NY and they left. The office vibe in NY is sick and no one even goes out together.
- They will never hire developers in USA because they are expensive and the CTO will come up with silly reasons to not hire
- Half the people in US are still there because of VISA/GC or they are Spanish.
- Stock options are literally 10K x No. of years you worked there. Not based on talent at all.
- Compensation is also based on the no. Of years you have experience. Not based on talent. People who can talk and who are loyal get more salary, not those who innovate constantly
- It’s a bureaucratic nightmare to get any real change done in this company and they are just looking for an exit in the next few years. Please avoid this company at any cost if you are in the top 10%
