Micromanagement, poor compensation, terrible work atmosphere

Most of the people are nice

Cons

If there is one thing that can be said about this company it’s micromanagement. The CEO tries to control everything and it ends up terrible. The office managers harass you by making sure you are in the office from 9-6 whether you have work or not. Favoritism among Spanish people. Management threatens you if you try to make a genuine complaint. Stay away from this company.

I cannot say enough: Highly recommended place to work if you care about both professional growth and people that make Denodo a rich, diverse, talented, supportive and at the same time, challenging environment.

Cons

I hope this review raises a little bit the average. Glassdoor is unfair: Just 4/ 5 negative reviews in a 17 years old Company speak by itself .

- Relatively few employees and revenue is growing very fast - Very open culture. It is easy to get heard by the executives

Cons

- Salaries are average, although stock options policies are quite generous - Sometimes, organizational policies change too fast and without clear reasons
