Pros

Great Culture, Leadership and Executive Leadership are good people. You can also transition departments to learn & grow your own career. Leadership is also seems excited to mentor and lift up their teams across the organization.

Cons

They implemented an annual salary increase but many people's jobs are still below market value. I know this is something they are working on but with constant changes (due to company growth), it seems to be more work on people without seeing compensation.

Toxic leadership. The job itself was okay but the leadership was terrible. Disorganized, micromanaging, and held team to standards they themselves couldn't uphold.
