Employees are genuinely kind and caring; my supervisor is the best supervisor I have ever had, and the director is kind, approachable, and genuinely caring,
Cons
Pay is fair however it can be difficult if you have numerous no shows and cancellations as pay is P4P. At times, it seems some clients do not understand that counseling is optional; therefore, if they are referred by a provider and aren't genuinely interested in therapy, they schedule with therapists but eventually no show/cancel, which affects the therapist's pay.
