Pros

When I worked there I could generally set my schedule. They had a positive team atmosphere and overall stable salary starting as a counselor. The expectations started to change around the time I was leaving.

Cons

Became too corporate for a company that’s values were to help people, take care of their staff, and take care of their clients. I started with them when they were Bayless Healthcare and over time, it came to be all about numbers and overworking their employees.
