Pros

Great Culture, Leadership and Executive Leadership are good people. You can also transition departments to learn & grow your own career. Leadership is also seems excited to mentor and lift up their teams across the organization.

Cons

They implemented an annual salary increase but many people's jobs are still below market value. I know this is something they are working on but with constant changes (due to company growth), it seems to be more work on people without seeing compensation.

Bayless offers fully remote positions for their therapists. They provide excellent supervision for associate level therapists. Additionally they make an effort to create a supportive culture.

Cons

Bayless is on a P4P system for their therapists.
