Pros

Fellow providers are very helpful. Most of the work though this company is remote, so it's a good place to work if you are interested in working from home. Benefits are decent.

Cons

The majority of provider's pay is based on the number of patients seen. Recent changes in insurance compensation have forced a pay cut for psychiatric providers. Support staff can be quite good or really bad. No provider is guaranteed a medical assistant. Requesting items such as name badges and business cards is a many months or years long process. The company is expanding very quickly and I fear attention to detail is getting lost in the shuffle.
