Heavy office politics, management is emotional. Workload will give you mental disorders if you don't have any already.

Very underpaid, no holiday pay, not enough patients and only paid for patients seen, very high no show rate with no reimbursement

Mostly wfh. They supply what you need for the job. Very flexible schedule.

Cons

Making case managers go into the office though they don’t meet with clients. Supervisors don’t always provide assistance when you reach out to them. Very mundane work. No room to move up.
