This is not the company culture for everyone. It's important to know yourself and how you best fit into a company. As of this writing, company is expanding rapidly and is tough going, but this opens opportunities along with the challenges Must be very self-reliant, but this is only a negative if you require more supervision

The hours fit great into my life, my manager cares about me and makes me feel seen and heard. I love the ability to work remote. Our management keeps us well informed of company updates and expectations.

Cons

the plus can almost be a con, hard to get to know associates as well while remote. but even that has been worked on my company meet ups online.
