Pros

It's great company to work for, and I felt supported by my supervisors and staff, I've been able to communicate my problems openly.

Cons

It's a fairly busy organization and a lot of moving parts, and it can get overwhelming, and sometimes working with staff some information is not always clear. And you are given a lot of responsibility, it can be hard to keep up some days.
