Pros

The people are the friendliest colleagues you'll ever meet. Creatives, traffic and suits.

Cons

The management needs to listen to the employees, and not just care about revenue. The environment is negative and people are always upset with the management.

Pros

Great environment, 30-40 average age of employees, care about the employees opinion, development and offer training and certain benefits

Cons

Long hours depending on the area and role, don't always offer the more junior people an opportunity to shine, not a lot of travel (depending on the role).
