Pros

Free coffee, nice training pay

Cons

After training is over, they switch you to commission-only pay. You only get paid for sales, not your time. So if you don't make a sale, you worked for almost 12 hours and earned nothing. -You will unload hot trucks full of heavy mattresses and adjustable bases every week and NOT get paid for it. -You will operate a forklift, unlicensed, to get customers heavy mattresses/foundations and you will carry them to their cars, no matter whose sale it was. -You will get dirty and sweaty in your nice dress clothes. -My training pay was way more than my commissions.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback, but I must respond to a few of your concerns. First, in regard to the training pay, thank you for your appreciation of that pay. In regards to the switch to commission, we are very straight forward that this is a commissioned position. With even a moderate level of sales and service skills, an average person will have no trouble earning while over the training pay and making over $40,000 per year to start at least! I can only assume you lacked in some of these areas as our average sales person in 2019 made over $45,000. We are also very clear that all staff help on the trucks and with customer loadouts when it is necessary. We believe in a team, not self, so we all help with these items, just like I am sure people helped do some of your customer loadouts. Also, since you are receiving commission on the sales of the product and bonuses associated with those sales when the customer receives their merchandise, you are getting paid to help on trucks and loadouts. We wish you the best of luck in finding a career that better suits your skill set.

Cons

The training can be overwhelming if you take it seriously and plan on moving up quickly Some training material is outdated and does not align with latest company policies

Thank you for your review. I want those training materials updated as well, so let me know where you need updates and I will get them done! We are looking at switching to some new video training services that should help!
