      Decent pay, long hours!

      Pros

      Economical compensation is good. Opportunity to promote is there because they promote from within only. Management is decent and in touch with the employees. This is probably because they only promote from within.

      Cons

      Very long working hours. You sometimes have to unload semis. This can be very challenging to someone who is older or has some kind of a medical condition. You have to shop the competition on your days off and may have to do other duties while being off of work.

      Pros

      Easy pay got to sit around and learn some mantras for 25 an hour.

      Cons

      If you don't fit in with the sales staff the management will belittle your interest if it does not correspond to theirs. Will try to impart unnecessary life knowledge and claims to be professional. Was told I was weird for having an exclamation mark in my password and that I need to work smarter, not harder. Asked a question about a gift buyback, and was told not to be worried about the whys, which I believe is counter-productive to make a profit for a company and does not promote growth. These are just a few of my complaints.

      Work Hours Have to come in on days off to unload products Lack of actual procedures No real rules of responsibility Lack of protection of employees against customers Only about the money Benefits
