Thank you for leaving a review about the time you worked here with us. You are correct in saying there is a lot of room for growth. Our promotions come from within, and we offer thorough training to help you grow as you move up through the company. As far as the schedule is concerned, we are a retail organization which requires salespeople to work weekends. These are our busiest days, which give you the most opportunity to help more customers. Traffic with vary from week to week and this does require you to be your best with every opportunity. Thanks again for your feedback and we wish you the best in the future!! Mike L.

Thank you for taking your time to leave a review about your experience working at Denver Mattress. We are a retail organization which does require working retail hours. The way we structure our schedules our employees typically get 2 ½ days off each week which limits the schedule to around 42 hours. Weekends and most holidays are required workdays and that is because those are our busiest days, and we need coverage on the floor to properly assist our customers. Busier days mean more opportunity for more commission for our salespeople. We are closed on Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas so our employees can be with their families. A retail schedule is not for everyone but, if it fits into your life, we offer a great income and opportunity to promote. Promotions often require relocation because we are a nationwide company but we do not require anyone to relocate. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish the best in the future! Mike L
