As a company that promotes only from within no one ahead of you started with more advantage than you. As a true commission environment your compensation is an accurate measure of your present performance. You can go as far as your talent and ambition can take you. Training program is strong and the culture of constant coach-ability and growth brings out the best in people.

Cons

There are no guarantees. One of the hardest lessons this environment teaches you is that your ambition is often greater than your talent. Only the very best of the very best make it to higher levels. If you are anything less you can become stuck.

Great company that offers opportunity for personal/professional growth while offering you career opportunities. Company promotes from within and promotions are based off of performance. Paid trainings that start as soon as you're hired and then occur regularly as your career progresses. Positive environment for sales--focused on making sales an honorable profession through company core values(honesty, integrity and character).

Cons

Typical retail schedule that requires most weekends and holidays.

Pros

You can make a lot of money in sales, but you will occasionally have to work upwards of 70 hours per week. You can move up within the company fairly quickly but you have to relocate in order to do so.

Cons

The executives were all sales people at one time. They rely solely on their sales experiences and have a hard time changing with the times and trying new approaches to the business. The company encourages strong family relationships but makes it very hard to maintain those relationships because you will be relocated. Expect to work every holiday and not see your family once you are relocated.
