No Better Company Out There

Pros

Always changing, always evolving, always finding ways to DO BETTER, to BE BETTER. Great pay, top earners consistently rewarded in overwhelming ways. Solid management structure with all members of Upper Management always available.

Cons

Retail hours means long hours. But by far the best retail hours in the industry, and time off requests are ALWAYS heard, regardless of if time off is available to be taken.

To your point about weekends, we are retail and, as you know, that is generally our busiest time and, in turn, when we need the most people in the store. That also means more opportunity to make sales! Our switch to EOW pay checks was facilitated by moving to ADP for our payroll processing.
