      Cons

      There is some struggles with a work/home life balance, but that is due to the retail nature of our job. As a whole, the company takes care of their employees and values each employee.

      Pros

      Denver Mattress has changed my life. I used to dread going to work at past jobs. I now look forward to working with my coworkers and customers. I've also made more money here than any other job. Over 6 figures last year. I also won a fully paid trip to Disney World for my family. This company actually cares about me and want me to succeed.

      Cons

      The hours are a little long. Some shifts are 11-12 hours but I'm used to that.
