      Poor Mangement and arrogance

      Pros

      Easy pay got to sit around and learn some mantras for 25 an hour.

      Cons

      If you don't fit in with the sales staff the management will belittle your interest if it does not correspond to theirs. Will try to impart unnecessary life knowledge and claims to be professional. Was told I was weird for having an exclamation mark in my password and that I need to work smarter, not harder. Asked a question about a gift buyback, and was told not to be worried about the whys, which I believe is counter-productive to make a profit for a company and does not promote growth. These are just a few of my complaints.

      Good overall, ability to make great money and move up

      You have to relocate to move up in position

I also want to address your concerns. 1. You do not have to move to advance your career with Denver Mattress, but we are a nationwide company, and we only promote from within. In order for you to access all of the opportunities we have to offer; relocation would be necessary in most cases. We make this clear before offering employment to anyone. 2. Percentages are necessary to measure sales performance, but we also look for honesty, integrity, character, teamwork, and many other things that cannot be measured through percentages.       Amazing Employer and Opportunity

      Pros

      Denver Mattress keeps thinking outside the box when it comes to which mattresses and bedding products we offer, and is tweaking the layout of stores to be able to reach more customers. Plus, their systems allow us to get more customer feedback more quickly and allow customers to pay remotely.

      Cons

      The hours can be a lot, especially in management. Also, a problem that many employers are having is finding people who want to work. But once we do, the company has a great training program.
