Thank you for your review. I think it was best said by a previous review regarding hours: "What may seem like long hours here is not at all long. I am working 45 hours a week for amazing pay and have worked jobs that have given me well over 60 hours a week. " It is all about perspective. Pros

Everyone has been wonderful to me since I first started and that has not changed. I used to work in the finance industry for several years and currently make more money at Denver Mattress than I ever have. Everyone is knowledgeable and very willing to pass on that knowledge. The chance to promote in the company is very easy and unlike any other company. This is more of a career to base your life on, rather than just a job to get a paycheck from. The managers and upper managers legitimately care and would do anything in their power to make this a very comfortable place to work. I see only pros within this company and hope to retire from here after putting in my time.

Cons

Honestly I have yet to see a con. And if I’m being completely honest, I don’t think I will see any cons. Sure the job is commission but I read that it was on the job description before I applied and understood what that meant because luckily I am literate. What may seem like long hours here is not at all long. I am working 45 hours a week for amazing pay and have worked jobs that have given me well over 60 hours a week. This is just an amazing company to work for, better than any other company I’ve worked for.
