4yThank you for your review and your suggestions. Like you said we are in retail. The unfortunate thing about retail is most of your check is made on the weekends when "normal" people are out shopping. Keep in mind that once you are in management you have the ability to take off quarterly weekends (this is a newly added benefit). It is just one of many advantages and reasons to promote in the company.
