Great upper management that actually takes the time to get to know staff, Great perks and contests for employees, and a great company to grow with.

Cons

No real cons. Most of the cons people list are ones that did not read what they were signing up for, did not understand how commission based pay works, or would be issues caused by an individual and not the company.

Pros

The opportunity to grow and develop with the company, pay is good, and rewards for high achievers are excellent. It is a stable company with clear time and effort spent on training and upper management is very responsive to issues when made aware.

Cons

There is no true HR department to insulate and protect anonymity, work life balance is not a consideration for the company in most locations as business necessity often requires long hours.
