The opportunity to grow and develop with the company, pay is good, and rewards for high achievers are excellent. It is a stable company with clear time and effort spent on training and upper management is very responsive to issues when made aware.

Cons

There is no true HR department to insulate and protect anonymity, work life balance is not a consideration for the company in most locations as business necessity often requires long hours.

They only promote from within which means you can go as far as you want to go! They invest in their people with top tier training and you're surrounded by some of the best coworkers and people you'll ever meet. A family owned company that understands the value of each member of the team.

Cons

The best career you'll EVER have if you're willing to work weekends and holidays (closed Easter Thanksgiving and Christmas). Once you start you realize very quickly that working weekends and holidays are not a bad thing and having days off in the middle of the week is a blessing!
