For most of our employees, the financial opportunities are excellent, with many new sales staff employees averaging over $40,000 per year and managers over $70,000 per year, so we don't see this as "okay" money. Great company, could have better work/life balance

Pros

-Great pay -Good, family-style environment -Good training and up's system -Ability to move up quickly -Lots of job stability -Learn great life and future job skills -They want you to look at the position as a career and not a job -They train you to keep you there -Only hire the best that apply, they hire great employees -Amazing upper, senior management

Cons

-Long retail hours -All commission, so your paycheck can fluctuate greatly (some amazing checks($2200+ in one week), others where you are making the minimum wage safety net pay) -No weekends off -Could have less paperwork hoops to jump through in addition to having to do all the sales-related tasks - Understaffed, due to making sure they pick quality employees and are nearly too selective
