Pros

flexible work schedules, working from home during Covid-19 pandemic, strong leadership, forward looking yet responsible stewards for the environment and customers.

Cons

depends on who your supervisor is. I happen to have a very hands off and supportive supervisor who respects my work and my team but other groups do not have such a culture. Too many egos and power trips among some managers/groups.
