Every minute of your time is tracked. Other employees have access to training, workout classes, events and networking that you do not.

Good benefits, most people you interact with want to be there. Was a great place to learn about the industry.

Cons

Pay could be better. Pipes sometimes break when it's nice out, when the weather is horrible, pipes always break.
