Competitive Salary - great mission. Diverse workforce and a ton of pride by employees.

Cons

Lots of transition. Will be great coming out the other side - but some growing pains.

Pros

The people here at Denver Water are friendly for the most part. Easy and fun to work with, peer to peer, not so much in management positions.

Cons

Denver Water is not a company of its word to employees. They often ask for feedback, reviews, and surveys and it doesn’t seem that it is used or even considered. We are given a false sense of hope, and there is no room for growth. You are told that you cannot get career progressions or a leap in pay, which is true for ‘most people’. If you would like to get experience and get your foot in the door, Denver Water is a great place to start. Also remember for most people, where you start is where you will always stay at Denver Water.
