Crews are really great, full of hard workers that are really easy to get along with. Office is also very friendly.

Cons

There was high tension among certain members of the survey section, it made people have to walk on their tip toes with regards to certain subjects.

The legacy of Denver Water has some baggage but any 100 year old organization does. Denver Water is going through some significant changes to modernize its structure and compensation. This understandably is causing some real morale issues.
