Pros

Great Benefits, Great Pay for the Industry, Great Company Support Structure & Professional Development Opportunities, Pension, Great job for someone looking for longterm, stable career

Cons

Sometimes poor communication between main office & plants. While the job is stable it isn't always the most challenging or exciting which was a con for me but can be a pro for many.

Pros

Fair pay and average benefits. Management has recently started listening to its employees. One of the few employers that offers a pension, for now.

Cons

Overbearing Affirmative Action strategy stifles any opportunity for non-minorities. Poor pay-for-performance pay system that does not fit the job. Management rarley reverses policy even when it is an abject failure.
