Pros

The people here are wonderful to work with, so much passion and knowledge for what they do. The benefits are great. And to much dismay, there are so many great changes as we work as an organization towards the future.

Cons

There is a disconnect between the executive leadership and the frontline, there is no question (nor is this uncommon), the question most people don't take the time to ask is, "what i am i doing to aid in closing this gap?" "how am i making my job better for myself and my co-workers?" once this question is asked and answered proactively, that gap can close on both ends.
