      no caring for employees whatsoever

      Pros

      some, and I mean SOME co-workers are nice (most of them move on to other jobs)

      Cons

      The management won't even try to hide the fact that they simply do not care about their employees, and always use threats to make employees work, i.e: if you don't achieve their goals (which is impossible) you will get written up or "coaching report" as they have changed the name so the employees don't realized what they are actually doing. And, finally, when it's time for your review, because of your "coaching reports" and the goals you have not achieved you get a bad review and never get a raise.

      Dependable cleaners is a very diverse company. You have the chance to work with people from different background, yet being treated equaly. The management team are very helpful toward the employees. The employees feel comfortable aproaching their supervisor with any issue.The employees benefits from various benefits that the company offer, such as 401K, long and short term disability program. health insurance. time-off, discount when dryclean clothes, and more. Another great adavantage about working at dependable cleaners, is that it always offer oportunity for the employees who want to grow in the company.

      Cons

      One of the chalenges of working at at Dependable Cleaners, is that there is no set schedule for the employees who work on the production, Your time to leave work depends on the daily volume. Another challenge, is the block out dates for vacation. Sometimes you might want to request a vacation in a certain time, but the company doe not allow vacation at the period due to high volume.
