      This is a great company to start a career in customer service. The owners understand the importance of providing high quality CS and train the employees to do just that. They’re reward program for employees is great too!

      they are sound make you feel welcome and you get bank holidays off witch are mint as i can do stuff with my child and no work on weekends so got family time

      Pros

      - company has strong management and set of business goals . - good starting hourly wage - flexible hours for part time Having very little work experience I learned a lot through working at Dependable Cleaners. Working at a smaller store I saw a lot of regular customers and they really appreciated the quality of services dependable provides. Also, the company is very involved in local communities. All of this led to a positive work experience.

      fluctuations in business, some days are insanely busy and some aren't at all
