Pros
They pay market value.
Cons
The company’s leadership needs a major overhaul. There are talented people but none of the management team (that is retained) knows how to foster growth or take advice about how to communicate to employees. Also, no expectations are set across the board. There are no processes or sign off from customers during implementation so everything goes over budget and gets pushed downstream. The product is sub par and has way too many poorly tested updates to even give customers the allusion of reliability. The office is also a terrible environment and nobody really enjoys being there. The CEO exudes hatred and anger which is felt throughout the office. Also, there is no flexibility. Customers are lost due to unfulfilled processes and screaming matches with the executive team.
