You get your paycheck on time.

Cons

Between the depressing, dreary office with old gray cubicles from another company and rampant favoritism, the work environment is terrible, full circle. Nothing is an issue until a custom escalates something to the CEO, and then the blame game starts. It is not, however, ever on the team who implemented the project to prove what they did was correct and to the customer standard. It all comes down on everyone else. There are also no processes in place so an immense amount of time is just wasted.

Pros

At first, it seems like a growing company with a lot of potential and possible career paths.

Cons

There is a major lack of organization and transparency. Every department functions independently and have completely different, ever changing metrics based on the CEO's mood to base effectiveness. This resonates all the way through the highly customized, non-scalable product. The business focus is on sales when current customers are ignored and are billed for support hours that are actually major product shortcomings.

They have good medical insurance and a nice office space.

Cons

Extremely immature executive staff, there is no mutual respect among them and they try to operate a business like frat. No feedback, no career growth only politics and peer pressure. Only way you move up is learn something and not tell others so everybody has to be depend on you. Absolutely no constructive feedback.
