      Terrible management, awful environment

      A couple of people are nice and they pay you...

      Cons

      - Toxic management, most employees are unhappy at best and miserable at worst. And rest assured management don't want or care about you or your opinion. - Awful facilities (company wide) - the depots and facilities are in disrepair. Get used to grubby portaloos, tired equipment and no hope of improvement. - Poor pay and unwilling to pay overtime but expect you to work it. Zero benefits too. We're talking 1% payrises when the company is held to ransom.

      + Easy work but very repetitive. + No performance reviews or KPIs.

      Cons

      - No learning opportunities or career advancement. - Upper management are only concerned for themselves. - HR/management will look for any opportunity to dismiss employees. - Constant low morale and horrible atmosphere. - Archaic systems.
